Refund policy
At MJL, we aim for complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully happy with your jewellery, we offer a 28-day window for returns or exchanges. To qualify, items must be returned in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.
12 Month Warranty
If there is breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, MJL will replace the item free of charge if returned within 12 months of receipt. Please use the contact us form found at the bottom of the site to inform us of any defects.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, but may extend up to 30 days during busy periods. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Contact Us form to log your refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
